The Department of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) at G.R. Medical College offers detailed training in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. Students are introduced to ENT anatomy and physiology early in their training and progress to mastering clinical skills like otoscopy, rhinoscopy, laryngoscopy, and audiological assessments. The department’s multidisciplinary approach allows students to understand the interconnected nature of ENT with other specialties such as neurology and pulmonology. Emphasis is also laid on common ENT emergencies, hearing loss management, voice disorders, and head & neck oncology.
